Crown Verity, led by founder and CEO Bill Verity, has built grills for professionals and home cooks for more than 30 years. The company describes itself as a leader in commercial outdoor cooking, where foodservice pros choose it for consistent performance, durability and simple maintenance. Crown Verity says many of its grills built 15 or more years ago still cook every day.
Its grills and components are designed and manufactured in Canada and the United States, with locations in Brantford, Ontario and Bowling Green, Kentucky.

304 stainless, inside and out
The Infinite built-in grill is 304 stainless steel throughout: body, cooking grates, burners, radiants, water pans, fasteners and pilot tubes.
Even, fast heat
Stainless steel burners sit every 5.75 inches and bring the grill to cooking temperature within 5 minutes.
Individual burner control
Each burner has its own control, so you can run different heat zones for different foods at the same time.
Water pans and grease tray
Water pans with a drain spout sit under the burners, and Crown Verity designs its grease tray to help prevent flare-ups.
Assembled and tested
Crown Verity assembles and tests each grill before it ships.
Made for after dark
The optional light package adds heat-indicating LED knobs and a halogen light in the dome.

Every gas grill and burner in the Infinite Series Built-In line comes in natural gas or liquid propane. The power burner runs on natural gas or bulk propane.
