Why we carry Monument
Features that make grilling easier
Side searing station
Both Eminence grills add a side searing station next to the main burners: 60,000 BTUs in total on the 405 and 89,000 BTUs on the 605.
Stainless cart and cabinet
Each grill sits on a stainless cart with a two-door storage cabinet below the cookbox.
LED touch panel
Both grills have an LED touch display and a Bluetooth app for temperatures, alerts and timers, with ports for two meat probes. The 605 also shows your propane level with a built-in tank scale.
Rotisserie and infrared on the 605
The Eminence 605 adds a ceramic rear infrared burner and comes with a rotisserie kit.
ClearView lid on the 405
The 405's full-size ClearView lid lets you check food without lifting it.
Propane now, natural gas later
The 605 ships for propane and converts to natural gas with Monument's kit 97352, sold separately.
