The Monument Grills Eminence 405 Freestanding Propane Gas Grill pairs a stainless cart grill with smart temperature monitoring. Four main burners and a side searing station deliver 60,000 BTUs across 680 square inches, and the full-size ClearView lid lets you check food without lifting it.

  • Takes a standard 20 lb propane tank with an overfill protection device (OPD). Tank not included.

Warranty

Monument Grills covers this grill for the original purchaser with proof of purchase from an authorized retailer, under normal residential use. Terms from the owner's manual:

  • Grill: 5-year full limited warranty on parts that fail from material or workmanship defects
  • Firebox: 10 years for stainless steel (5 years for enamel)
  • Stainless steel burners: 10 years against rust-through
  • Lid: 5 years for stainless steel (2 years for painted and glass parts)
  • Flame tamers and cooking grids: 5 years
  • Electrical components: 2 years

Not covered: the igniter, batteries, paint loss, discoloration and surface rust. Commercial or rental use voids coverage, and coverage applies only in the United States and Canada.

Shipping & Delivery

This grill ships in a single large carton (about 146 lb).

Shipping Cost: Free shipping to the lower 48 states and Washington, DC.

Delivery does not include placement, unpacking, assembly, or gas connection.

Inspect the shipment before signing. Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt, take photos, contact Backyard Kitchens Direct promptly, and retain all packaging.
