Overview

The Monument Grills Gas and Charcoal Flame Tamer lets you add charcoal or wood-smoke flavor to a Monument gas grill. It's stainless steel and comes as a two-piece set.

Important Information

  • Monument says charcoal or smoker trays must not cover more than half of the grill's cooking area.
  • With the lid closed, cook with indirect heat only. Keep the lid open for direct grilling and watch for flare-ups.
  • Don't keep running the gas burner after the charcoal is lit, and don't overfill the tray.
