Which Napoleon products do you carry?

We carry the Napoleon Built-In 700 Series gas grill in 38- and 44-inch sizes, in propane or natural gas, plus four Napoleon built-in components: the 18 x 24-inch triple drawer, the 36 x 16-inch door and double drawer combo, the 36 x 24-inch door and drawer combo, and the Multi-Functional Beverage Center. We also carry the zero clearance liner for the 44-inch grill. Shop Napoleon.

What's the difference between the 38-inch and 44-inch grills?

The 38-inch grill has five stainless steel main burners and one infrared rear rotisserie burner, for 78,000 BTUs and 945 sq. in. of total cooking area. The 44-inch has six main burners and dual infrared rear rotisserie burners, for 108,000 BTUs and 1,100 sq. in. of total cooking area. Both use 9.5 mm stainless steel WAVE™ cooking grids, JETFIRE™ ignition, backlit knobs, and halogen interior lights.

Do the grills come with a rotisserie?

Yes. Every Built-In 700 Series grill comes with a commercial-grade rotisserie kit, and the grill has integrated storage underneath to keep the kit when it isn't in use.

Do they run on natural gas or propane?

Both sizes are made in a propane version and a natural gas version. Choose your fuel when you order, since each version has its own part number. Napoleon's manual requires the gas hook-up to be done by a licensed gas fitter and leak tested before the grill is used.

Can I install the grill in a wood-framed island?

Napoleon's manual says the enclosure must be made from non-combustible material unless the grill is installed with its matching Zero Clearance Liner. We carry the liner for the 44-inch grill; with it, the cutout is 46" W x 21.38" D x 10.38" H. See the 44-inch liner. Confirm your build with the manual and a qualified installer.

Where do I find cutout sizes?

Each product page lists the cutout in its Overall Assembled Dimensions tab, from Napoleon's manuals. The manuals are linked in the Manuals tab. Confirm the cutout against the manual with a qualified installer before you build.

What is the warranty on Napoleon products?

Napoleon backs the Built-In Series grill heads with a Limited Lifetime Warranty, with coverage periods that vary by component, and lists a 10 Year Limited Warranty on its built-in components. Coverage, exclusions and claim steps follow the manufacturer's terms; see the Warranty tab on each product page.

How does shipping work?

Napoleon products ship by curbside freight. Shipping is free to the lower 48 states and Washington, DC on orders of $4,000 or more; below $4,000, a flat $150 freight charge applies and is shown at checkout. The carrier may call to schedule delivery, and curbside delivery doesn't include placement, unpacking, or installation.
