The Blaze LTE PRO 40-Inch Freestanding Gas Griddle brings restaurant-inspired flat-top cooking to the backyard. Three independently controlled U-shaped burners deliver 45,000 total BTUs across a spacious 657-square-inch cooking surface, giving you the flexibility to prepare breakfast, burgers, vegetables, and other foods at different temperatures simultaneously.
An integrated digital display monitors temperatures across three cooking zones using internal thermocouples and also displays readings from the three included meat probes. The reinforced 304 stainless steel cooking surface provides excellent heat retention, while integrated leveling screws let you adjust the surface for even cooking or more efficient grease flow. A front-positioned drip trough simplifies grease collection and cleanup.
The attached spring-assisted lid features a rotating, nonslip handle and cushioned dampers for smoother operation. Safety-glow control knobs illuminate red when gas is flowing, while enlarged burner-viewing openings make it easier to confirm proper burner operation.
The matching 304 stainless steel cart adds two folding side shelves, interior storage, cart lighting, soft-close door hardware, and four locking casters. The propane configuration also includes a pull-out shelf for easier access to the tank. Choose the propane or natural gas model that best matches your outdoor cooking setup.
